Your information

Highly Represented uses information you share to respond to inquiries and keep this website working. This page explains our contact form, optional website analytics, and links to other services.

Contacting us

When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and company name if you provide it. The form sends your inquiry to our business email inbox so we can respond. Please include only information needed for your inquiry.

The contact form uses a session cookie and security checks to protect submissions. Its abuse controls use a hashed network address and submission times to limit repeated messages. Our hosting and email providers also process technical information needed to deliver pages and messages.

Website analytics and your choice

We use Google Analytics on public pages to understand visits, clicks on contact options and brand links, and successful contact form submissions. Where our regional rule permits an opt-out approach (currently only connections classified as United States), optional analytics may start when the page loads. The footer offers Do not track analytics so you can turn it off at any time. We do not use analytics for advertising or personalized ads, and we do not install it in the admin or CRM.

For visitors classified outside the United States, visitors whose country cannot be determined reliably, and visitors using a browser privacy signal, analytics stays off by default. Where a prior choice is available, you can select Allow analytics in the footer to opt in. A browser privacy signal that requests no tracking keeps analytics off even if an earlier choice was saved. Your choice applies to this browser, so a different browser or device may have a different setting.

We estimate country on our own server using a locally stored DB-IP Lite database. This region check does not send your network address to a geolocation service and returns only whether analytics may start, not your country or address. The database is approximate and can become outdated; if the lookup fails or expires, analytics requires a prior affirmative choice. Our hosting provider may separately process technical connection data needed to serve and secure the website. IP Geolocation by DB-IP (Country Lite data from the last validated release, compiled into local lookup files; CC BY 4.0).

When analytics runs, Google receives technical details such as your browser, device and network address. Our integration sends only fixed page paths and limited action labels; it does not send contact form entries, names, email addresses, phone numbers, full query strings or page fragments. We keep advertising consent signals denied. See how Google uses information from sites using its services and Google’s privacy policy.

Before automatic analytics starts, we briefly test whether this browser can store a privacy preference and remove that test value. Your analytics preference may then be stored in your browser's local storage and a small first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after up to 180 days. Choosing Do not track analytics stops future tracking by this integration and removes its first-party analytics cookies; it cannot undo information already sent while analytics was on. If the browser cannot retain an opt-out preference, we do not automatically start analytics.

Booking a meeting

Our Book a meeting page loads Cal.com’s booking calendar when you open the page. Cal.com then receives technical connection information needed to display the calendar. If you book a meeting, it processes the details you enter and uses our connected Google Calendar and Google Meet services to schedule it.

See our calendar privacy information and Cal.com’s privacy policy for more detail. You can contact us without using the booking calendar.

Other websites and merchandise checkout

Links to represented brands, social profiles, and merchandise checkout may take you to a separate service. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. Review the policy and checkout details of the service you use before providing payment or delivery information.
