Highly Represented CRM
Calendar privacy.
How our calendar connection uses Google account information and appointment details.
Updated September 20, 2026
What the connection does
Highly Represented uses its CRM calendar connection to keep Bryan’s work appointments organized alongside Google Calendar and Cal.com bookings. Access begins when the Google account owner authorizes the connection.
Information we access and store
- Google identity: the account identifier and verified email address, used to confirm the intended account.
- Calendar information: the selected calendar’s identifier, ownership and time zone. Calendar-list access is used to verify that target.
- Appointment details: event and CRM record identifiers, titles, start and end times, descriptions, locations, status, Google Calendar links and Google Meet links. Booking details included in an event description may also be copied. Google event responses can also include organizer and guest names or email addresses.
- Connection records: OAuth credentials and synchronization mappings that associate a Google event with its CRM meeting.
Google’s permission for events on calendars you own can cover more than one calendar. Our connector is configured to operate only on Bryan’s selected Google calendar. It does not request Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Contacts.
How appointments are synchronized
Appointments created in Google Calendar or through Cal.com are copied into the CRM for visibility. Changes to those appointments should be made in Google Calendar or Cal.com. Supported meetings created in the CRM can be created or updated in the selected Google calendar, with changes synchronized in both directions.
Calendar synchronization does not create CRM contacts from event guests or send automated customer emails. Booking confirmations and updates requested through Cal.com or Google remain part of those booking services. Automatic deletion of synchronized CRM meeting records is disabled.
Access, service providers and storage
Calendar records and synchronization mappings are held in our private CRM storage on Namecheap hosting. Connection credentials use the CRM’s encrypted credential storage. Access is limited to authorized staff and administrators for scheduling and support approved by the account owner, or where needed for security or legal obligations.
Google processes calendar events and Google Meet information. Cal.com processes information supplied for bookings and uses the connected Google calendar to create and manage appointments; the CRM receives those resulting calendar events. These services operate under their own Google privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and Cal.com privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Limited use of Google data
We use Google calendar data to provide this scheduling connection. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Google API data handling follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including its Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting and requesting deletion
The Google account owner can revoke access through Google Account connections (opens in a new tab) or ask us to disable the CRM connection. Revocation stops further authorized synchronization; it does not automatically remove appointments or information already copied into the CRM, Google Calendar, Cal.com or backups.
To request access, correction or deletion of calendar information held by Highly Represented, email info@highlyrepresented.com. We may need to verify the request and identify the affected records. Requests concerning copies held by Google or Cal.com can also be directed to those services.
